A first meeting of women professors took place on January 15 2021.

Regular monthly internal lunchtime meetings that consist of a meeting of the executive board (12-12.30h); an interdisciplinary seminar by the host institute (12.30-13h); an informal discussion on one of several topics suggested by members (13-14h). Lunch will be brought to the meeting (or offered by host institute) and online participation will be facilitated to reduce travel times.

A kick-off is planned in automn/fall 2021 with our advocates Prof. Dr. Dr. Susanne Baer (Bundesverfassungsrichterin) and Vicepresident Prof. Dr. Oliver Kraft. After a welcoming speech of the KIT president Prof. Dr. Holger Hanselka there will be talks by Prof. Dr. Ursula Keller (founding president of the WPF at ETH Zürich) and Prof. Dr. Martina Havenith (founding president of the WPF University of Bochum).
